Yorkshire Puddings
If you’re like me, you love a Yorkshire pudding but don’t want to completely ruin your eating plan. Here is a lower carb version that definitely satisfies those cravings for me.

Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- 2.5 tbsp arrowroot flour
- 2.5 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200c.
Step 2
Divide 1 tbsp of butter between 4 holes in your cupcake tray.
Step 3
Place in the oven for about 3 minutes so that the butter melts.
Step 4
Meanwhile, mix together the arrowroot, milk, egg, salt and 1/2 tbsp melted butter.
Step 5
Divide the mixture between the 4 holes with the hot butter and place immediately back in the oven.
Step 6
Cook for about 20 minutes or until they have risen out of the tray and look puffed up.
